Mr. Jimenez and Mr. Albetta's unprofessionalism extend far beyond the Manhattan Center Staff. According to a New York Post Article dated January 6, 2011 Mr. Jimenez and Mr. Albetta forced Murray Bergtraum teacher Derrick Henry to stop videotaping. a game between Bergtraum and Manhattan Center. Both Jimenez and Albetta got into a verbal altercation with Bergtraum's coach Ed Grezinsky. The incident took place in front of spectators from both Manhattan Center and Murray Bergtraum. Neither Albetta or Jimenez were reprimanded for their behavior. This behavior was no surprise to the Manhattan Center staff that is use to their bizarre and irrational behavior

Brooklyn Tech Alumni raised a record 21 million dollars for the school according to a recent Daily News article. In Manhattan Center for Science and Math Alumni are treated like criminals. During the past school year Mr. Albetta and Mr.Hernandez chase former students out of the building on a daily basis. One former female student was hunted by Mr. Albetta for nearly two hours, meanwhile she was sitting in principal David Jimenez's office filing a complaint against Mr. Albetta.

In February of 2012 the senior class had their senior trip at an upstate lodge. Drugs and alcohol use and sexual activity occurred on all three days. One student was hospitalized for overdosing on PCP. The Chaperons on the trip were non existent and by some reports were drinking with the students Upon there return Mr. Jimenez thank the seniors for being well behaved This immediately drew laughter from the entire senior class who called their senior trip the Yolo weekend. As usually Jimenez and his cronies tried to cover up the hospitalization of a student

Honor, Loyalty and Integrity are words that don't exist at Manhattan Center. In 2009, Principal David Jimenez was called to testify against Mayo Pepin in a computer spying case. In his testimony Jimenez states that him and Pepin were not friends, yet Jimenez and Pepin traveled to China together. Pepin and his co defendant Francesca Pena were part of the association for Dominican Supervisors (Adsas) along with Jimenez and Henry Rubio a principal at another school. Today, Rubio,Pena and Pepin are out of the DOE and Jimenez and his new cronies remain at Manhattan Center. The question is how long before Jimenez turns on his new cronies to save his own skin.

in March of 2012, a parent filed an OSI complaint against Mr. Dennis Hernandez for stalking her 14 year old daughter. When she first reported it to Mr. Jimenez he told the parent that her child exaggerate the truth. It was Mr. Jimenez way of calling the child a liar.
